Who really likes cabbage outside of coleslaw or boiled down and then shoved into an egg roll? ME!
I love sauteed cabbage with potatoes or other various veggies. Cabbage is not a garbage food, people! We should be eating it! Roasted cabbage gets an amazing earthy flavor, and the high heat gives it much needed texture. This isn’t the wilted down cabbage you are used to.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on your preference for crispiness.
